From the French Border to the Meuse (Maas) at Namur.
Part of the shortest link from Paris to Brussels and Lüttich. As the French have designated this waterway as Class I (Freycinette), it may only be travelled by small 300 T freighters up to lock 9 (Landelies), just before Charleroi. From there it is a waterway for major shipping.
