The official tourist office promises "lovely beaches, sweetly smelling mountains, olive-, vine- and citrus yards and antique ruins to fire one's imagination, old villages and sweet vines; a place with no worries, warmed by the friendliness of the natives".
There might be some quiet, comfortable spots inland but some of the beaches are worse then certain destinations of Spain.
